About the Author
Shawn Mason is a Chicago based Artist and Entrepreneur. After having created a local following as a singer/songwriter, Shawn
transitioned his love for writing lyrics to writing prose, poetry and eventually a weekly blog. His love for meaningful dialog led to him being noticed by part of the production team at Inde.tv, an independent streaming network in Chicago. Ultimately, he was selected to host the network’s popular show “Live From The Cave”. In June 2012 Shawn launched Evan Marcus Imagery, which is now a full service photography operation.
When Shawn is not shooting, responding to a request to perform or preparing for the next episode of “Live From The Cave”, he can be found binge watching tv shows, enjoying movies or watching football while enjoying a self-made Old Fashioned or one of his favorite bourbons over ice with ginger beer.
Currently, Shawn is working on a number of book projects including a photography coffee table book and a romance novel.
