Cassandra Bishop was born in Cleveland, Ohio, grew up in Lakewood, Ohio, and is currently a resident of Athens, Georgia. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Special Education. Having lived with the medical condition Ulcerative Colitis for over 15 years, she has a special interest in being an advocate for people suffering with illnesses.
Besides writing stories, she enjoys writing music, playing guitar, and singing. She was in a number of bands in her hometown. Her other hobbies include meditation, hiking, vegetarian cooking, and traveling whenever possible.

When his day of transition arrives, a spirit named Angelica comes down to guide him into the next life, while another spirit named Mark starts preparing his welcome home party. This story explores death and dying young while providing a spiritual perspective of life, death, and the afterlife. It is a story that can be interpreted for various religions, or the spiritual but not religious movement.
